Intech-Modular is a division of Intech-Power and has two Engineering & Design offices, one in Aberdeen servicing the Oil & Gas Industry and one in Thurso providing services to the nuclear facilities at Dounreay. In addition Intech-Modular maintains an operational projects office in Rotterdam, Holland.
The senior management team have been heavily involved in the Oil & Gas, Marine and Nuclear industries for over 20 years and work together as a close knit team. Intech-Powers engineering & design capabilities cover all of the main disciplines including, Architectural, Drilling/Production, Electrical, F&G, HVAC, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Structural and Piping.
Intech-Modular specialises in supplying Accommodation and Utilities Modules to the Offshore and Onshore Oil & Gas Industry, Power Industry, Marine Industry and Construction Industry.
We supply various types of modules from road transportable 4 person units which meets “ISO” regulations to fully integrated custom designed modules for up to 500 persons. The integrated accommodation modules are supplied with full support facilities such as Galley/Mess Rooms, Recreation Rooms, Gymnasiums, Cinemas, Internet Cafes, Medical Facilities, Changing Room/Toilets, Locker Rooms and Offices.
All of our modules meet the required standard of "A60" which is an internationally recognised Fire Rating. However we also supply modules which meet higher internationally recognised standards such as H60, EEx, & “Blast Resistant”. In addition all of our modules are fully approved by international certifying authorities such as Lloyd’s of London, Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS).
